The story behind the systems
She turned a crisis into a superpower.
When Stacy's son was diagnosed with autism, everything changed. The systems she had spent years building for other people's businesses suddenly became personal. She needed a way to run family life in a world that wasn't set up for how her family lived, and she built one. It taught her something she has worked from ever since: get the structure underneath right, and everything on top of it gets easier.
She carried that into her work. Over fifteen years she has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, creators and organizations build the machinery behind what they want to do, from production systems and content workflows to speaker programs and digital platforms. Her measure of success is simple. Is it still running a year after the launch?
She has also built the operations, the tech and the content systems behind the brands of NorthFuse Group, which now serve thousands of people. Mastermind City is where she brings the same work to owners, nonprofits, associations and corporate teams.
"I take visions and make them operational. I build what scales, not just what launches."
Her degree is in Psychology and Sociology (BSc, Dalhousie University), and it shows in how she works. Tech overwhelm, content paralysis and the fear of being visible usually look like skills problems. Stacy has found they are more often about how people see themselves, so she teaches with that in mind, and her clients keep going after the training ends.
